"I Think I'm Ready to Lead at the Systems Level"

In this session, participants will begin their journey to systems-level leadership!  This session will discuss the types of systems leadership roles that exist and how individuals should start preparing for systems-level leadership. After learning about the kinds of systems, the kinds of decisions made daily within a system,  and opportunities that exist to lead in systems, participants will engage in a systems-level decision-making simulation. Whether participants are interested in district or state systems leadership, this session will help start their systems-level leadership journey.
